Complete Estate Renovation
A 1930s Georgian Brick Estate, Fully Restored
Original longleaf pine floors restored and re-milled. Full mechanical replacement concealed within original plaster wall profiles. The covered veranda rebuilt to its original 1930s joinery detail. The pool and motor court reimagined to match the estate’s historic character.

Family Lives
The clients had lived in their 1940s Museum District home for eleven years without touching the kitchen. Every contractor they spoke with either quoted a number they could not trust or proposed a design that felt generic. When they called Kirby, the conversation was different from the first minute.
We opened two walls to understand the structural conditions before quoting. We found galvanized supply lines that would have failed within two years and a load-bearing wall in exactly the location the clients wanted to remove. Both were resolved before contract — not discovered mid-project as change orders.
